At the core of the Cinecorn sorter is our monochromatic line-scan camera array. Rather than capturing frame-by-frame, our sensors continuously scan a single-pixel line at rates of 10,000 scans per second. This creates a seamless, ultra-high-definition stream of data representing every single grain passing through the chute.
Any discoloration, broken kernel, or foreign object is highlighted instantly. Our advanced LED lighting arrays ensure uniform exposure, minimizing shadows and reflections.
2. High-Frequency Pneumatic Rejection
Identifying defects is only half the battle. Rejecting them cleanly at high throughput requires speed. Our pneumatic systems use state-of-the-art electromagnetic valves. With air jets placed at 5mm pitch, we can target individual defective grains without disturbing adjacent pure grains.
Our valve assemblies have a cycle lifetime exceeding 1 billion pulses, ensuring continuous operation without maintenance delays in rural Indian milling plants.
