Trade Talk: An epic among the Industry Hits
SS Rajamouli takes us back to the Mahishmati world with more vigor and color. The second part has much more at stake and much that works in a way that satisfies both the fans and the movie-loving general audience. It is a film that fans of both the star and director and simultaneously enjoy.
The first half is filled with one elevation after other for Young Rebel star Prabhas. And one can imagine no one but the star pulling it off. The interval block is the ultimate goosebumps moment for fans and they would for sure remember it for a lifetime.
The second half shifts focus on the story, and we get all the drama involving the ladies in the house, Ramya Krishna, and Anushka. They deliver a rock solid emotional show. And finally, the most eagerly awaited episode of “Why Kattappa Killed Baahubali? (WKKB)” was dealt superbly. Once that event is done, the director quickly wraps up the movie which has been a frequent feature in all his films. Overall, Baahubali 2 scores in all areas where Baahubali has some difficulties owing to the story. Of course, we only realize that after the second part.
The last word: For the fantastic detailing and effort put into creating a world and for the fact that such an experience is a once in lifetime kind of deal, it is must watch experience on the big screen.
